Our terms of use and data policies

Shipments created through the GBEX panel are subject to the carriage agreement between GBEX Uluslararası Kargo Taşımacılığı and the user. By registering for the panel, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

The user is responsible for accurately declaring shipment contents and for compliance with the destination country's import regulations. Customs penalties and return costs arising from incorrect or incomplete declarations are passed on to the user.

This agreement is concluded electronically between GBEX Uluslararası Kargo Taşımacılığı and the user purchasing international freight, shipment label, micro-export/ETGB preparation, tracking and related logistics support services through the GBEX website or panel.

The service consists of presenting available freight options based on the sender, recipient, destination country, package dimensions, weight, contents, HS/HTS code and declared value entered by the user, collecting the selected service fee, and creating the shipment label/operation record.

Before placing an order, the user accepts that they have reviewed and approved the service price, currency, estimated delivery period, carrier/service information, cancellation-refund terms, and these legal texts. Electronic approval has the effect of written approval.

Payment may be collected by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, current account or GBEX wallet balance depending on the methods available in the system. Card data is not stored on GBEX servers and is processed securely through the bank/payment institution infrastructure.

Sender and recipient information you submit through the panel is processed solely to provide the carriage service, generate the customs declaration, and issue invoices.

Processed data may include full name, company name, email, phone, address, country/city/postal code, shipment contents, declared value, HS/HTS data, invoice information, payment result, shipment tracking number, identity/contract documents and transaction records.

Recipient address details are shared with the relevant carrier, warehouse/operations partner, payment institution, bank, customs broker and legally authorized authorities only to the extent required for the service; they are not sold to third parties or used for unauthorized marketing.

Your data is protected through technical and administrative security measures. Role-based access, audit logs and secure file delivery rules are applied to prevent unauthorized access.

The user may request cancellation before the shipment label is created or before an operation is started in the carrier/partner system. In that case, the collected service fee is refunded to the applicable payment method or GBEX wallet.

After a label is created, the shipment is delivered to the depot, handed to the carrier, or customs/operations processing has started, cancellation and refund requests are evaluated according to carrier, payment provider and legal rules.

Return, hold, destruction, storage and additional freight costs arising from incomplete/incorrect declaration, prohibited goods, incorrect address, consignee refusal, customs rejection or destination-country regulations are borne by the user.

If a dimension or weight difference is detected, GBEX's warehouse measurement discrepancy process is applied; additional charges are collected from the user and overcollection, if any, is refunded to the relevant wallet/payment account.

Delivery times shown on the site and panel are estimated business-day information. Estimated times may vary depending on destination country, carrier, service type, customs workload, public holidays, weather and operational causes.

As a general guide, express services may take 1-3 business days to Europe and 1-5 business days to the Americas and other distant destinations; economy and road services may take 3-10 business days. The service-specific information shown on the quote screen should be considered the applicable estimate.

After a shipment label is created, the user can track shipment status from the panel and tracking page with the shipment number or tracking number.

Under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is GBEX Uluslararası Kargo Taşımacılığı. Your personal data is processed on the legal basis of establishing and performing the carriage agreement.

Under Article 11 of the law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. You can send requests to turkey@gbex.com.tr.
